Autodesk University Freshman?

Are you attending Autodesk University 2014?  I hope so.  Is this your first time there?  Then don’t miss the Freshman Orientation on Monday Evening form 5:00 – 6:30.  Still room, so register today!  Listen as Lynn Allen, Autodesk Technical Evangelist and Cadalyst magazine columnist, along with many others, talk about all of the many programs, classes and events going on throughout the conference.  AU Veterans at the tables are on hand to answer questions and offer advice.  This year the description says there will be a reception & drinks afterward. (no shortage of either at AU).  Yours truly will be there as one of the Mentors, offering my sage advice (hahahahaha) an how to have a great AU experience.

Add this to your schedule if you can, it’s a great time.  Look for 7402 on the even schedule.  They did not do this my first year, and I was lost and had a horrible time.  My blogging and forum experience nearly ended right there, but I stuck it out and the very next year (I like to think partly because I suggested it) they had the first Freshman Orientation.  It’s been better every year since then.  I’ve made some great friends from all over the world thanks to AU.

I hope to see you all there! And as always…
